Terms of service
These terms apply to the pawganizer website and software. Last updated: October 2026.
1. Who we are
The contract is with pawganizer UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Dürener Straße 422, 50858 Köln, Germany. These terms cover use of the website and the pawganizer software by businesses that look after dogs. Your own terms do not become part of the contract unless we agree to them in writing.
2. The service
pawganizer is software for dog daycare, boarding kennels, and dog walkers. Every plan includes dog profiles, bookings, check-in, punch cards and memberships, automatic invoices, the customer app, team logins, and the rota.
3. Account and prices
You create the account yourself. You can try pawganizer free for 3 months. Up to 3 dogs, use stays free. After that, the prices on the pricing page apply, including VAT. Prices can differ by country and can change. A change applies to new billing periods. Payments made through the app can have transaction fees. Every other feature is included with no extra charge.
4. Account details and relevant messages
With the account, we may use the details described in the privacy policy to run pawganizer, improve the software, and show you features and offers that fit your business. That means tips in the app and messages from us. It is not advertising from other companies, and we do not sell your data.
You can opt out of messages about our offers at any time without losing the account. We still send messages about the contract, such as invoices or access. The details and your right to object are in the privacy policy.
5. Your customers' data
We process the dogs, owners, and bookings you enter in pawganizer so we can provide the software. You are responsible for having the right to collect that information and to send it to us for processing.
6. Availability and liability
We keep pawganizer available with the care of a proper software provider. We cannot promise uninterrupted use. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only when an essential contractual duty is breached, and only for the foreseeable damage typical of this kind of contract.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. If the customer is a merchant, a public-law entity, or a public-law special fund, the place of jurisdiction is Cologne. If one provision is invalid, the rest of these terms stay in effect.
