This privacy policy covers our website. Processing of personal data inside the pawganizer app itself (for example dog profiles, bookings, and payments) is covered by the separate app privacy policy, which is provided when you download or register.
You have the following rights with us as controller regarding your personal data: Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR) Right to rectification or erasure (Art. 16, 17 GDPR) Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR)
When you open our website, our hosting provider automatically collects information your browser sends (server log files). This includes, for example, IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, and the operating system used. This data is used to provide and secure the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.
This website is hosted with Firebase Hosting by Google (Google Cloud, region europe-west1). In that context the provider processes server log files and, where needed, other data that is technically required. More information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
If you contact us by email, phone, or the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone, the name of your service, the type of service, message, and language) to handle your request. The form stores these details and sends an email to the pawganizer team. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.
If you tap a download button on this website, you are redirected to the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. Those platforms process data there under their own privacy policies.
Payments inside the pawganizer app (for example SEPA direct debit and card payments) are processed by Stripe. Details of Stripe's processing are in Stripe's privacy policy and in the pawganizer app privacy policy. https://stripe.com/privacy
When you use pawganizer, we process details about your account and how the business uses the software. That includes, for example, name, email, the kind of service you run, the plan you chose, and which parts of the product you use. We need this to perform the contract: access, bookings, profiles, and invoices (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We also use the same details to improve pawganizer and to show you information that fits your business. That means tips in the app and messages about features or offers that make sense for a service like yours. The basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the product useful and in telling existing customers about our own similar services (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with ad networks that would let other websites recognize you. You can opt out of messages about our offers at any time, via the link in the email or by writing to david@pawganizer.com. You can keep using the service after that. Your right to object under Art. 21 GDPR is unaffected.
We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising tools on this website (for example Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or the TikTok Pixel). Tips in the app and emails about pawganizer rely on the details in section 9, not on tracking you across other websites. If we later use such tools, we will update this section first with the legal basis and, where required, a consent notice.
We may update this privacy policy so that it stays in line with current legal requirements or reflects changes to our services. The new policy then applies to your next visit.
